Refund and Returns Policy
All orders are confirmed directly with our team before payment. Because mining hardware is high-value equipment, returns and refunds are handled case by case and depend on the device condition, warranty terms and shipping status agreed at the time of order.
If a device arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details, and we will work with you on a repair, replacement or refund.
Cloud mining and hosting contracts follow the terms written in your signed agreement.
